No Feedback - No Responce

I've been contacted by Standard Bank Home Loans, by SMS to inform me that my bond was in arrears and that my property has been attach and would be sold on a public auction if I do not contact the branch. I then contact Standard bank through numerous e-mails and attached all payments that was done over the last 6 month's to prove that my account was not in arrears but in fact paid up to date and even more were paid than what the bond were!!! In 3 weeks I received only a e-mail from customer service, to say they forward my complaint to Standard Bank Legal department. I then found that I was placed on ITC by Standard bank for no payment and being in arrears for more than 120 days!!! Standard bank have ruined my credibility and did not even phoned me once in the so claimed 6 month's that I was in arrears.
