Huge Delay

On the 27th of June 2013 I had an accident where my car was written off. My finance company was STANDARD BANK and my insurance is from STANDARD BANK! I logged my claim and waited for the insurance company to get back to me. I spoke to a gentleman at Standard Bank Insurance who advised that his waiting for the original paper work to sort out everything. DOES IT TAKE STANDARD BANK 19DAYS TO SEND PAPER WORK??? I've been a loyal customer for years and this is how I get treated! HOW ARE WE MOVING FORWARD??? The shocking and disappointing part is that its standard bank vs standard bank insurance
