Standard Debits wrong account and client suffers

I have a bond with Statndardbank which was going of a standardbank account, i then used the eastgate branch to get my debit order details changed for the bond and to have my standard bank account closed due to bad service.

For the month of March 2013, Standard Bank home loans had debited my Standard Bank account which was closed, causing the payment to bounce, i did not receive a call or sms from standard bank stating that the account was not piad, and on the 10th of April 2013, i had called Standard Bank to find out why wasnt my new account debited with my bond payment. The guy i spoke to said that they have a standard bank account, and i immediately asked the guy for the account number to be used to do a eft into the bond account and had done the payment on the 10th of April into their account. i then call them on the 12th of April and still the account states in arrears and i had applied for another bond with another bank and was told that it is declined due to my standard bank homeloan being in arrears and that im stated on the credit bureu. I have asked standard bank to have this corrected and was told they can not do nothing to sort it out, this is pathetic from a bank.
