What happened to my money

Hi Peter

I took a loan at Standard Bank and I unfortunately I lost my job. I submitted all the documentation as requested by them. The insurance paid the balance on the 15th of August and standard bank called me to pay R57 and I paid R70 of which I still have proof of. I keep getting calls everyday from different consultants saying I owe standard bank more than R800 but when I ask them to check their system again they say the insurance has paid everything. Please help me because I have paid standard bank and I don't want to see myself being blacklisted for something I don't owe.
