Standard Bank Pathetic Service

I am so sick and tired of going through the same thing over and over with Standard Bank!! I was retrenched last year October and am still unemployed I claimed for insurance on a personal loan account 10008924544 for the first time after retrenchment in October 2012 and received letters from Standard Banks Credit Rehabilitation and made a complaint it was then resolved. I then went to claim for insurance again in May this year i have proof of the paperwork which was signed and stamped etc. i even received a phone call informing me that the claim will be paid out for 6 months. in this week i received another letter from Standard Banks Credit Rehabilitation stating that i am in arrears for R2155.53!!! i really had it now with the too and fro seriously! I am unemployed with enough on my plate as it is!! Please resolve this with immediate effect!!! Then i call 0860548523 in order to resolve and get transfered atleast 4-5 times to different departments!!!

I am so disgusted by the service at Standard Bank and will expose them for what they truly are!!! Incompetent!!
