Fnb online new account service stinks

I opened a cheque acc wih FnB online for my husband on the 5th of February 2013. To date my debit orders have been transferred from Absa to FnB but i cannot activate my card till i get it. The courier service comes to deliver the card when my husband is at work and wont let me sign for it after making arrangements with them for me to sign for it. They wont even leave it at a branch so we could go and collect it because a 3rd party must not get involved. Now in order to get a card we have to take a day of work and go to a branch and cancel the card which we never received and apply for another one and also pay for it. FnB online service stinks and has caused us alot of inconvenience. We thought it would be easier to open it online but its more of a problem. Please dont open your FnB accounts online cos you may end up going to a branch and redoing everything again. What a waste of time. i hope we dont regret moving to FnB.
