I applied online for a Cheque account which was approved.. Uploaded all documentation required and transferred R100 as requested to open the account which was done and I was told this could be done electronically, I then got my card today, activated it online and it said well done it is ready blah blah blah.. Transferred the rest of my money and went home, I needed to put in fuel and get a few groceries, My card kept on getting Declined, when I tried to contact Helpline they told me I have to got a branch, I CANNOT GO TO A BRANCH BECAUSE OF YOU I AM STUCK AT HOME NOT ABLE TO GET TO WORK BECAUSE I CANT PUT IN FUEL... This will be sorted immediately I will not go to a branch as not once was this ever said in applying for the account online, and if I loose my job tomorrow because I cant get to work there will be serious consequences for you!!
