I applied for a credit card, savings account and cheque account online. My savings and cheque account are now open but the problem is my credit card application. I decided to change to FNB because I thought it would be smooth and hassle free.
I have not received any feedback, I call your call centre only to be transferred from one operator to another. I then got told they couldn't read my documents so I resent them and even visited my FNB branch to send them again.
Still not heard anything and very disappointed. It took Absa 4 days to get my credit card.
