HOW CAN WE "NOT" HELP YOU???

I applied online for aCheque Card in January 2013, A few days later I received a call to confirm my details then a welcome sms came through. I then got a call to confirm the address where they can deliver my card the next day I received an sms informing me that my card will be delivered. I requested them to deliver the card at the branch as its was going to be convenient for me to collect it from there and I was informed it's not possible, the delivery guy came to my work to deliver without making prior arrangements, the second time I got a call again they confirmed the address and the lady said the guy will deliver in two days time and he will contact me before he shows up and to date no card was delivered. On the 7th February i went to the Cresta branch to query the appaling service eceived thus far, Vincent Mthethwa assisted me and he made arrangements to have the card deliver to the branch in Cresta and to date i am still awaiting, is FNB importing this card???
