Opening of accounts online

I opened a cheque account online, took them a week to tell me to pick up my card, when i finally go & pick it up at collections desk, only then they tell me that it's a new account & i must and queue to be assisted by the consultants... what is the point of opening an acc online if yet i'm still going to queue like i'm starting to open the account at that time.. sorry for the collections person but i basically told her to keep the card as i see their processes are ridiculous.. the reason we open accounts online is to avoid long & unnecessary queues.

i'm still angry about, as FNB advertises themselves to be the best and yet you get that when you finally decide to try them out.. & yeas i still get those sms that i must go collect my card.. too bad i cannot reply to their & sms & tell them what i think of that sms.
