I needed proof that I have been a member of Oneplan Medical Insurance. I phoned Oneplan's call center and had at least 3 people take my call but was not able to assist me with the simple task at hand. Even after confirming my email address and assuring me that I will receive the documentation as requested, nothing was sent to me.
I spoke to a one Nelile Sithole. Sithole took the time to go through my information on their system to figure out why the information was not coming to me. It became apparent that the initial capturing of my email address was done in error, even though I confirmed the address with the previous consultants.
Sithole took the time to find the solution to my problem and my documentation was received in due course. Sithole outperformed his pears by offering customer services that any employer should applaud.
