This is the email i sent to FFW and its service provider :

" My car was finally delivered back by the drivers on Friday the 8th at 9h 49 am

The car came back with a reserve fuel tank.

I had to risk my life, risk being stuck on a road and drove for 5KM to the next garage

The car had half tank when it was collected by the drivers on Friday 1st of February

The return trip from Jones Road Kempton Park to 301 4TH Street, Wynberg is 54 km. I would like to know what happened to my fuel

If your processes involves defueling a car before fixing it, then you should be refuelling the car after fixing it.

The same thing happened when I collected the car on the 25th of January. The car was 3/4 full when it was towed and I got back on reserve tank as well.

I don't know how your processes work because other companies when they collect cars, they come with a checklist, they tick together with the customer the contents of the car, the damages, kilometres and fuel readings before taking ownership of that vehicle.

Your drivers did not make me sign anything. Nor did they have a checklist with "
