My cell phone was damaged and I lodged a claim. Claim number 6100089511 was generated and your supplier Cell Clinix collected and repaired the phone because according to them they were able to repair the unit.
When I received the phone I noticed that the back cover was not like the original. The original is plain black and this one was black and grey. Also the front screen now has an LCD pressure effect on the screen at certain points on the edge of the touch screen. The touch screen is also not sensitive anymore and one has to tap on the screen. The home button is also not as responsive as it was before it was damaged. But, I told myself this was a older phone and I'll just manage on with it. I received the phone back on 25/03/2012. On 14/04/2013 the back cover of the phone falls off while I was on the phone. The cover is fine and not damaged. But, I'm extremely upset by your suppliers work. They should have rather replaced the phone than repairing it. I suppose they would make more money from a repair than a replacement. My phone is still insured with you company and had this cover been damaged in the fall, I would have had to claim again. Now screws coming loose too.
