UNACCEPTABLE

I had my phone insured with Callsure (Finrite) and when the screen was damaged in March 12 I contacted them on 08/04/13 only to be told I had to pay R800 and fax the deposit slip before the phone could be collected. On my contract it says I am liable for 10% of the repair costs and the total value of the phone is R8000. I paid and faxed after I was promised a refund and 2 weeks later (despite various phone calls and emails) my phone was finally collected and returned 9 days later. 3 Weeks without a phone!! On receiving the phone there was no invoice and despite numerous enquiries I have received none. For R800 I should have gotten a new phone not just a screen. Without insurance this would have been quicker and cheaper so why pay them??
