Pending cellphone claim for 2 months

I took in a phone that has been insured under Edgars (Finrite) for a period of 7 months-phone model Blackberry bold 9790-the fault reported was the screen that was broken, the phone was submitted on the 19/01/2013 to the store and was given to Finrite on 21/01/213, with a waiting period of 3 weeks.

I received the phone on the 08/02/2013 and collected it from the store on that day with an access fee amount of R300.00. When I received the phone it had more faults, the battery had been swapped as i would charge it the whole night and the battery would be flat after 30 minutes of usage, the keypad was broken as well.

I then communicated this to Edgars Southgate and they reported it to Finrite of which i was advised to bring the phone back. On the 19/02/2013 i went back to edgars Suthgate and took the phone in for another claim but up till this day i have not received any feedback but i am being informed that someone will keep in contact with me from Finrite and no response thereafter.

I lastly escalated this to Finrite management and the lady i spoke to, if I remember correctly her name is Lerato, promised to come back to me till this day nothing has been done. I am not happy with
