I have complained about them before for the bad service I have received regarding my repair on my iPhone 4s
it has been over a month and still NO PHONE.
First sent in for cracked screen
1 week to receive back.with broken antenna
Second sent in cause the repairer broke the antenna and could not make calls.
2 weeks and a lot of fighting to get phone back and still not working
also notice the screen is BLUE so they are NOT using original apple parts
Third send it back for the blue screen and calls still dropping,
Was promised new phone last week Thursday
BUT first they make me PAY another excess of another R150 before releasing the new phone
GUESS WHAT STILL NO PHONE!!!
I strongly suggest anyone that needs to insure their cellphones to use another company
NOT 24 hour mobility / Finrite Insurance.
this company has cost me a lot of money because of their incompetence
