Its been 5 weeks without my phone and all here is pathetic no sir yes sir.
I have an insurance with 24 hour mobility. I accidentally dropped my phone and cracked the screen, put a claim and the phone was fetched from me and after about a week or two I got my phone back (bravo! I was very appreciative how quickly it was done). Later that same day I noticed that it was badly repaired, wrong screen, not properly installed, third light at the bottom was not coming on, and when I look at the phone from the left hand side I could see the light inside. I then decided to take it back.
I have been phoning every now and then and almost all the time I am told that I will be called back and that never happens. Last week Wed after having to call the insurer that my phone was written off I will need to go choose another phone. So I went and found another HTC, HTC ONE from Orange an Online shop that has the phone below the amount I'm covered for and I am given stories that they cant get me that phone (but was told to go look for a phone).
