I have submitted my proof of residence and ID about 4 times, been to the bank how many times, emailed how many times. And it still isn't done!!! Who's do I need to lick to get this done! Incompetent people sitting their that don't do their work and we as ABSA customers pay for their salary! This is ridiculous beyond words! My account has been locked and unlocked over and over again! Im so "" to get a phone call or sms or when I try do internet banking and everything is frozen! My parents opened this account for me when I was a child, been with ABSA for nearly 30 year, I even added my business account with you! Im moving banks, I had enough now!
