Damaged my phone

I put in a claim for my phone to be fixed and was taken to the "Cell Clinix" by the Woolworth's insurance. They have had my phone since the "4th of January" a got it back on the 18th of Jan only to be sent back on the 21st of Jan 2013.

They fixed my phone without my approval and messed it up (the border of the screen they had replaced didn't match the colour of my phone, it was a bit yellow and my phone is white). I let this go but then realised there was a problem which wasn't there when I took it (screen going blank when making and receiving calls).

When they brought my phone back on the 21st they had made changes the phone without consulting me. They had made a certain portion of the screen see through revealing the inside of the phone (because according to them sensor didn't work with the newly replaced screen). They have damaged my phone more than the initial reason for the claim. I took the phone in because of a cracked screen and it has come back with more than one problem. I still don't have my phone since this Friday. I have lodged a complaint with the Woolworth's insurance manager (Nathalia Redman) on Monday and I still haven't received any feedback.
