POOR SERVICE AT GREYTOWN STANDARD BANK

I called the number 033 4138023 a guy by the name of Cyril answered. I quote "Hello who gave you this number? Where are you calling from? He was rude and his tone of voice is unacceptable. His attitude and approach to customers reflect a poor image to Standard Bank. i am very unhappy with this attitude being a client at Standard Bank for many years this is not acceptable. I am seriously thinking of changing banks
