I have emailed standard bank for a quote on legal assist plan. A woman by the name of Sumaya phoned me from the insurance claim section. She said she cannot help me with my enquiry. I told her that i did phone the call centre on Saturday and they do not know about this product. She became rude and had an attitude and gave me another number to phone and bang the phone down as i was talking. Is this the kind of service standard bank is offering, especially being a client with them for so many years.
