I felt that i was a valued client of Standard bank for the past 10 years. i have a home loan with Standard bank as well. Unfortunately our vehicle was and need less to say Standard bank has provided me with very poor service. Y should i have to pay for a vehicle that i do not own anymore. the customer services agents are extremely rude and have no phone ethic's. i recommend better training. i will definitely consider moving my banking to a bank that offers better results.
