They cant find the funds!?!

I had a transfer done into my Nedbank SA account from FNB Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, on 24 January. FNB Tanzania has provided the swift copy as proof, the funds then went to the corresponding bank, the Bank of America, and they have provided the proof in the MT103 reference number that they forwarded the funds to Nedbank SA on 28 January. I have spend a fortune on calls trying to get help from Nedbank, all they tell me is that they cant find the funds and I must contact the sending bank. I have done this and they keep proving that they have sent it. Nedbank is totally unwilling to provide any valuable help. they will not even try. the extra milimeter doesnt exist in their customer service attitude, let alone the extra mile!!! these funds are now 19 days out, and they dont give a continental . their response is slow if any. This is would be a very very profitable for a bank to do, if they delayed the transfers of a few clients a day until such time as the exchange rate was such that they had earned the difference in the delay time, wouldnt it??? how many peole do they do this to. Transfers done from Dar es Salaam to both standard and absa are cleared within 48 hours
