Unsatisfied bond application

Hi

I do not understand why Standard Bank would approach clients from other banks to apply for a house bond from them, if they cant help with 100%. My wife (Standard Bank client) and I (Nedbank client) apply for a bond of R600 000 of wich we only got 80% from Standard Bank. What is the point if I have to get a personal loan for R120 000. Thanks for nothing Standard Bank. I still waiting for Nedbank to respond, watch this space!!
