I wish to indicate my discontentment with the manner in which my claim has been handled. On the 18 March 2009 I was involved in an accident, where I was bumped at the back, that also caused me to bump the Putco bus that was in front and consequently my car was written OFF. Godfrey Jabulani Mabaso, driver who hit me, was drunk, didnt have a driving licence and the car he bumped me with was not his. I reported the accident, handed all contact information for Godfrey to Kaitlyn (Dial Direct -Recovery Dept) and secured affidavit in which Godfrey Mabaso admitted and commit to pay. Dial Direct failed to follow-up though I had handed in opponents details, by claiming that they cant get hold of Godfrey and for that reason Dial Direct (Kaitlyn) closed my file. I could get hold of Godfrey on his mobile and at work. So sad that as a client, was so disappointed.
