Dial Direct should OWN its MISTAKES

My car was insured with dial direct, unfortunately i had an accident 5.04.2012 during which my car was written off. Dial Direct immediately request all my car registration docs (they would not process my claim untill they receive such). I sent docs, and was paid out. In november 2012 i purchased a new car but could not register it because i apparently had outstanding fees with the department for the written off car.

Levinia disclosed to me that Dial direct upon requesting the car docs, decided to sell the damaged car to SMD, but had failled to register the car in be businesses name. when the license period for the car expired, i was billed for a car that now belonged to dial direct (or SMD either i am not involved there). i drove around with an unregisted car for a month (breaking the law) waiting for dial direct to clear the fees so i can register my new car. I have been trying to get Levinia (011 489 4205) to assist but i get nothing from her. I need the car off of name, and i want to be reimbursed the licensing fees that i had to clear my self under "duress".
