On the 10th of October my husband was involved in a nasty accident. Although in our eyes the car was not that bad, it was consequently written off. I have to applaud the speed (and the ease) at which Dial direct handled our claim. The claims department treated us like people and not numbers all through the process (as opposed to our previous claims, of course!). The claim was paid off and that helped us to acquire a new car which we obviously are insuring with the best insurance company ever... Dial direct!
Anyone who thinks that insurance companies are not efficient and caring towards people who claim, has not been a customer of Dial direct.
