Dial Direct ur a client until you claim!

I have been a client to Dial Direct for the past 8 yrs with 1 claim of a windscreen and now my car was involved in an accident on the 11th Feb 2013. My cousin was driving the car on that day and was bumped by another vehicle from behind and his not the regular driver which I am. I am very disappointed with Dial Direct that after 8yrs of trust and loyalty to them that they treat me as a and. Jogan Govenda their claims consultant was so arrogant and rude that we were arguing on the fact that my cousin is the regular driver after explaining the reason why he was driving my car on that day. All that I want now from Dial Direct is for them to refund me all my premium paid to them from the day of my policy so I can fix my car myself since I did not have an insurance at all according to me. I had refused to believe people when they say you have insurance until you claim. Dial Direct falls under Auto & General, Budget, 1st for Women and I wounder if all these companies use the same trategy not the pay claims? Very angry and disappointed client hope this get to senior directors or CEO of Telesure.
