my wife had an accident on Friday driving my car.she skidded in a wet tar road and she lost control. She then dial dial direct hot line for towing assistance they were very helpful and the tow truck was there in less than 15 min.

The Monday morning the consultant (Ashraf Salie) contacted her, asking how she is and giving her feedback of the status of the claim. i am very impressed compared to some other insurance companies.
