I was involved in a car accident and I put claim next day and car was written off, dial direct send an investigator to secretly check if my car was kept in a locked garage after that the insurer demanded to know who insured my previous vehicle that I sold in 2011.On the 16.07.13 I got an email from Dial Direct that I have been pre approved for a car cover. When I called to find out the settlement for the written off car Pamela Smith insisted that she needs to find out who insured my old vehicle, I did email her to say it was Standard Bank insurance with all details, days went with no response until I called I was told that Dial direct is waiting for confirmation from STD.Bank. I think dial direct is trying all tricks and delays not to settle my claim of the written off car, with all that has happened to me very sad indeed with they way my claim is been handled.
