STUDENT LOAN APPLIED FOR IN DECEMBER 2012

My son Andrew and I applied for a second student loan in December 2012 at my branch in Hatfield. The documents were sent to his branch, Tyger Manor for him to sign and provide further details for FICA. These were faxed back to Yolandi in Hatfield in January. She assured me everything had been received. Since then we keep getting requests from both branches to provide details and for him to sign a transfer form. He and I have gone in to our branches several times with these, and the Tyger Manor branch insists he does not need to sign a transfer form. Result: funds have still not been paid out.
Last year we applied for the first loan without any difficulty; this year, service has been shocking and staff do not seem to know what the loan procedures are. I find it impossible to contact Hatfield by phone, so I have to go in physically. On Friday 8th I did not see the more senior person, Ferdi, though I requested to see him, but a junior consultant. She told me they had received no transfer form or FICA proof of residence.
Eventually today Phindile called Andrew and told him he hadn't provided proof of costs. He told her to sort it out with Tyger Manor, We are hoping...
