I live in palm Springs and our complex only have ATM for nedbank, so everytime when I want to make a larger amount of withdrawal I go to Evaton Plaza Nedbank. But ma problem there is that whether is busy or not there is only 2 ladies who works at the teller counter. the last time I went there in December I still found those two ladies again. month end the line was shocking. I got there at 10:30 and only got to the teller at 11:30 so basically I have spend an hour in the bank just for withdrawal. I asked for a manager and they said he's on leave and I asked why is this happening lot of people and 2 tellers and they said they short staff. from ma experience its always been like that. so it has brought to ma attantion that the Branch Manager is just too relaxed and taking advantage of the costumers. and Im just so sick of this everytime when I think of going there it becomes a nightmare for me!!
