Nedbank Kenilworth Centre - Poor Customer Service

It is Sat. morning in a busy mall in December. The bank opens 10 min late with only 3 tellers, 2 of whom do not deal with bank cards!! There is no Branch Manager on site and no one to attend to the irate customers. There are 4 other tellers who are "busy" in a room away from teller counters.
This happens every Saturday and monthe end periods at this branch with regularity. There is no management here and the customer service is very, very poor.
