As per my previous report, I have a substantial investment account at Nedbank requiring 24-hour notice of withdrawal. I had a problem last week with Nedbank not paying out my money. So this time I gave them 48 HOURS notice of withdrawal! Once again, they have failed to pay out my money. On inquiring I find out they didn't even bother to put my notice of withdrawal in, this after I personally went to the branch to give notice. Also, I tried to give notice via my Internet banking but this facility isn't working!? I need the money urgently as my wife needs her life-saving medication. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
