Disgusting Service from the branch manager!!!

In Feb I paid my cellphone contract for Nashua via Nedbank, all the details on the deposit slip was correctly completed but for some reason the teller entered the details incorrectly and the money went into the wrong account and I discovered this when my line was suspended. On the 22/04/2013, I went to the Phoenix Plaza branch and spoke to the 1 of the tellers as the manager was too busy. The teller told me they will get someone to assist by the 24/04/2013 via phone. No one contacted me and I when back to the branch on the 26/04/2013 and the manager was still to busy to talk to me so I spoke to the same teller and he took my details down and said he will get someone to call me. That afternoon the branch manager called and she said we must go to Nashua and they need to call her and she will sort it out. We went to Nashua and they contacted her and she was supposed to contact the credit control dept before for the 1st so they won't suspend the line. I have called on the 30/04/2013 and they told me that the manager is on leave and the 2IC will call me and no one did. I called again today and have been transferred 3 times with no help. I want this sorted out today as this is unacceptable.
