Wrong Cellphone delivered

I made a aplication for a Samsung Calaxy s3 32g smartphone. After several problems of comunication the phone was deliverd today. A Blackberry curve.!!!
I want my life policy also cancelled as if a bank can not even deliver a phone, how will they get a complicated policy to operate within the said laws of this country. It took me 23 days to get my account opened and working, where it should have taken 4 working days. Bad FNB.
