Paying for insurane but not insured

I have an insurance policy with Absa, I have made a claim for my tv that got damaged i October, I recieved an sms followed by a call requesting me to take the tv to electrician to find out what is damaged, I then requested they send someone, no one ever came I ended up not minding, then in December I submitted a claim for laptop (1-1028034874) in january I recieved an sms stating that they were processing my claim, never recived any call up to date, I tried calling in 3 times already everytime I am transfered to the wrong department, they ended telling me that I do not have household content cover with absa and they cannot pick up my claim. Consultant do not care about complaints, when I mentioned that I am going to place complaint on hellopeter I was told that I must feel free to.
