I applied for a Smartphone with Fnb on the 30th of January 2013. I was told i will receive my Smartphone within 10 working days of which i didn't. I phoned numerous times to find out what causing the delay but all was fruitless until four days ago when a consultant by the name Pontsho Gladys Maeso contacted me. She was so prompt, very professional i must say and friendly in all the correspondences i had with her. She assured me that i was going to receive my device within two working days. My device was delivered on the exact date and day she had said. I was really happy with her service she gave me. She made me feel like i was her only client.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to Mr Bash who delivered the device in person to my work place. Thank you for your excellent service.
