Waiting for Smartphone

Hi

I have applied for a Smartphone 3 weeks ago and still waiting for it, the courier company did not even hear from FNB as yet (So add another 3 to 5 working days to deliver)

This is very bad service, when applying for the phone the lady said 5 to 10 working days, then a week later when i called another lady said 10 to 15 days... Now is pass that amount of days and i still did not receive any feedback.
