I confirmed to take up the offer for a smartphone on 27.03.13 I was advised that the order is approved and will be delivered within 3-4 working days. After 2 weeks i have not heard or received any delivery from FNB. I send them an email and they advised they will be in thouch. I have not heard anything from them. On 19.04.13 FNB called me to confirm that i have received the order and if the currier company has contacted me, i advised them that i have had no comunication and no delivery to date. It is nou 22.04.2013 27 days later from order date and still no luck. This is very poor service from FNB i have never received any bad service from them and can hardly believe what happened here. If you receive service like this you are no longer intrested in the product and would rather seek this some where else. Im sorry 27 days with almost no contact thats pathetic and im no longer in need of this product.
