I was called by Shineen for an interview at African Independant, Shineen is the HR Assistant at the aforesaid company, From the moment I spoke with her I was extremely taken by how polite, and humble she was. I accepted the interview time and date at first, but then after reading the spec for the position offered for the second time, I noticed that although I complied with all the qualifications required, I did not have the years of experience needed, this worried me and I immediately called Shineen, explaining my position. I explained to her that I did not want to waste anyone's time, in coming for an interview knowing that I did not have more than 3 years experience as required by the firm. Shineen heard my plight, and comforted me. she was so humble, and understanding. She was extremely polite and kind. She went as far as offering to get someone from the firm who knew more about the position to give me a call and advise me further. Less than an hour went by when I received the call from the person concerned. This proved to me that Shineen really went above and beyond her call of duty. She is an amazing person, and I am 100% positive that she is an asset to African Independant.
