FNB Smartphone - no response

Its been a month now since i ordered my Samsung galaxy S4 from FNB. i called the call centre after 8 working days only for them to say that i should wait for 10 working days. After 10 days lapsed i called again only for them to say that due to the magnitude of orders, they have increased the wainting period to 15 working days. To date i have heard absolutely nothing.

I have been banking with FNB my entire life, becoming accustomed to their great efficient service. I am at a lost for words for how i feel about this incident. Absolutely no feedback.
