No delivery and no feedback on reasons why

I ordered a smartphone on the 1 July 2013 and they told it would be delivered within 10 working days, I called courier on the 10th day and they told they hadn't received an order for delivery from FNB. I called FNB after that and they told me that it actually takes 10-15 working days to deliver. It is the 15th day today and the courier company still hasn't received an order from FNB. The smartphones call center division at FNB has NO IDEA why they haven't ordered because all my information is in order and the phone was approved. To top it all off, they have told me to wait another 3 days for them to escalate the matter and gave me no indication of when i was going to receive feedback. What's worse is that a friend of mine ordered a phone a few days after I did and his handset has ALREADY been delivered. This is very poor service from a bank of such a high calibre!!!
