I've had bad service from FNB for the past 3 months and personal I think FNB doesn't deserve the support of most of their clients/customers their staff, supervisors and managers have regard for someone esle. Last month I chabge ny cellphone number I changed the number with FNB everything after a long struggle though with I ended manging to change it. and now I've just installed after linking I logged on to the my online banking only to find that the OTP is sent the very same number I changed. Who's fault is it? Is it MINE? Then I phoned FNB Online Banking to get to rectify and they refuse point blank. To rectify the mistake they made. They say I should go to the branch to have rectify why should I spend my petrol to fix something that's not my fault WHY?? And Again last some money was deducted from my account and when I realised this I phone FNB they told they can't help me. And I manged to get a refund from the company that deducted money from my account. Same day I got the refund someone from FNB phoned to ask me how got it back and sort of crazy irritating questions, you refuse to help me when do it my you question how I did it. I'm very dissapointed with FNB.
