When your personal account is not your's anymore

I Am abselutely horrified with the service, i have been a customer at this bank for the past 7 years. This month i was told that you no longer have the ability to dispute or reverse money that was deducted on your account without my approval. Now i have to spend time and phone to get a letter from the place to get this reversed, when the past 6 months this was not deducted from my account and the problem is this deduction is diffrent for the past 2 months so i now will have to every month get letter as soon as they just change the ammount?

What is this wold coming to when you cant even regulate your own account? i have however ricieved very good service from the branch manager Devon who treid to get this done, but to no avail.

this will mean that you would have to close this account (this you can do) and simply open another at some other provider.
