Is there a FNB that can help me resolve a account query. The account was opened up in your Park Meadows branch which no longer exists. I had taken the Fluid account out for my little brother and he is 15 years old now. The card has expired and I received the sms. Now there is no FNB that can help me resolve the matter and get a new card for this account... I have been a long standing customer of FNB and never had service like this in all the years that I dealth with your bank... Why has it started now...
