ABSA RECALL DEPT USELESS

I am not happy with absa at the moment, money was transfered from an Standard bank side to a absa acoount which was the wrong account and i was told that the money was being recalled into standard banks account last week thursday and would reflect on friday! today i phoned to figure out what is taking so long just to be told by the EFT dept ant head office that there was no recall done on the wrong account but Standard bank recieved a letter stating the money will be reversed??? you guys dont even know what your own HEADOFFICE is doing!!! its been almost 4 WEEKS and we stil at a stop street??? when wil this be sorted!!! my accounts will all be closed with absa by the end of this week and i will be taking this further!!! the money must be transfered from one account to another its not difficult! and yes they did get permision from the other client in who the money has been wrongfully paid in!!! that moeny must be in my account by WEDNESDAY MORNING I DONT CARE WHAT YOU DO!! JUST GET THE MONEY TO STANDARD BANK SO THE MONEY CAN BE TRANSFERRED CORECTLY!!!
