Account Closure never done

On the 4 Aug 2011 I went into the FNB Adderley Street branch and closed my current account. I checked my online banking and the account was removed and closed to my knowledge. I then went online a month ago as I have a homeload with FNB and to my surprise my current account was under my list of accounts again and had an amount of -R550 for monthly admin fees since Aug 2011. I went into the bank to have it sorted out and the consultant said I would be called within 48hours, but this hasn't happened and the account is still open. I WANT THIS ACCOUNT CLOSED and the monthly fees cancelled. This is affecting my credit record and I want the credit bureau updated accordingly after the account is closed
