Nedbank have a glitch in their credit card statements for January - so they simply haven't sent them out. They have, however, deducted the amount from my bank. I have called twice - and am now having to have my statement information faxed to someone's office so that I can see it.
Exposing my personal information in a open environment.
If there is any activity - I would have paid the bill before I am able to contest the charge. The very nice lady at their customer service centre told me that I could institute a complaints process if that happened - and the incorrect charges would be addressed.
Which I don't believe...
Because .. in the early days of holding an credit card with them -they charged me all kinds of insurances that I did not ask for. To date - I have sent 3 emails (at their request) and phoned 3 times to follow up = still no response or credit. So much for the complaints process
Seems we are held hostage by this bank's Visa department once we have taken a card with them.
