Make "the wrong" things happen

I bought liquor at a bottle store in Magaliesburg on 14 September 2013 and paid with my Nedbank credit card (R51.80) Yesterday I received my credit card statement and to my surprise I find that the amount debited on my card statement is not R51.80 but R12 692.70. I phoned Nedbank Card devision and was told that I should complete a form to lodge a dispute that would take up to 45 days to resolve. I don't have an issue with lodging a dispute but this to me is so extravagant that I need to resolve it immediately. Yet comes month end they want their full payment or your card is blocked. I tried to phone their department but they don't even answer.
The bottlestore could provide me with my slip to the value of R51.80 for the sale of goods. Nedbank provides the bottle store with a statement of sales for the days transactions on their card machine and lo and behold, the total is R12 692.70, exactly the amount that was debited to my credit card. How can they make a mistake to debit me for the total sales of a service provider. Is involved? I can never go over the limit, yet the bank allows my card to go over the limit by almost R6400. Nedbank!!! Time to change bank!
